The Pareto Mission: Maximizing Human Wellbeing
We focus on the broad goal of maximizing human wellbeing.
At first that may sound contradictory. How do you focus on, or narrow down to, something broad? The key is to apply the Pareto Principle, or "80/20 rule", which states that, in many cases, 80% of results come from 20% of causes.
- 80% of improvement in human wellbeing will come from addressing the 20% of issues that have the greatest impact.
- 80% of progress on those issues will come from 20% of the solutions.
- 80% of the work on solutions will be driven by 20% of the leaders.
Our mission is to find and organize Pareto Leaders who will drive Pareto Projects to address Pareto Issues. By focusing on the 20% at every level, we achieve the leverage necessary to drive meaningful change.
Pareto Performance is about focusing on what matters. Most of all, Pareto Performance is about maximizing human potential and wellbeing, because everyone wins when the people in our community are healthier and happier.
